Please get yourself a small but powerful camera, as a big one around your neck can get tiring. That said, don’t spend the whole time looking through a lens; make sure you simply soak Africa in. And put away your phone so that your time in the bush is what it should be – a break from the overload of information we’re usually encumbered with.
