A Dazzle Of Burchell’s Zebra In The Dust

As their name suggests, plains zebra (Equus quagga) – also known as Burchell’s zebra – roam Africa’s shrubland, grassland and savannah. They’re migrants, following the long grass that grows after the rains – most famously along with the Great Wildebeest Migration in Kenya and Tanzania. You can also find Burchell’s zebra in the safari destinations of Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.
