After clearing immigration and customs on arrival at Maun Airport, a representative will show you onto your helicopter flight into Khwai. On arrival, you’ll be met by a guide, who will transfer you to your camp. Here you can enjoy two daily safari activities, including game drives, walking safaris, village visits and mokoro trips (subject to water levels).
Besides the day-time drives that can feature Africa’s big attractions – like lion, cheetah, leopard, wild dog, elephant, buffalo, hippo and giraffe – guests are able to explore nature after sunset with a night drive. Activities are naturally focused on land and water-based safaris at this lodge. Start the day with a game drive, relax in the natural swimming pool (which is filtered entirely by plants) and then enjoy a sundowner cruise to the meeting place of four countries – the only one in the world.
Today you’ll be transferred across the border to Zambia for your two-night stay in Livingstone. An afternoon river cruise is the perfect way to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and get a closer look at the river’s residents. With hippo grunting and the campfire glowing, let the day come to an end in a uniquely African way.
Today, at your leisure, you’ll experience the Zambian side of the infamous Victoria Falls, or as it is known to the locals, Mosi-oa-Tunya, which means the ‘Smoke that Thunders’. You’ll also get to explore Livingstone Town with your own private guide and vehicle.
Today you’ll be transferred to Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport for your flight to the Lower Zambezi. Upon arrival into Jeki Airstrip, you’ll be met by a guide who will take you to enjoy your final three nights on safari on the Lower Zambezi River. Here you’ll enjoy two two daily safari activities.
Wake up to enjoy game drives and walking safaris, or take to the rivers and explore with boat cruises, canoeing safaris and fishing. Back in camp, the wildlife hide is great for photography, especially of rare nocturnal creatures.
